"Hello Sir, Good Morning! How may I assist you?" A refined feminine voice greeting a man on the counter lit up the air of the tedious office environment. I was sitting in the lobby of a famous IT company, waiting for my turn for a job interview. I was eavesdropping on the conversation happening on my left side of the entrance. The man, standing there with her female colleague was arguing over the petty matter which according to him "Cannot be tackled by naivete of her." On the other hand, that woman was determined to convince him of her capabilities.
